Il Birrificio
Tutto ebbe inizio nel lontano 2011 grazie alla cooperazione dei fratelli Marcello, Monica e Davide Ceresa. Forti dell'aspirazione del birraio Marcello, e tutti armati di una fervida brama per l'arte millenaria della birra, mirano a rivoluzionare il panorama produttivo Italiano sperimentando nuovi sapori e nuove sensazioni. La presentazione di RETORTO avviene all'Italia Beer Festival di Roma nel Maggio 2012. Agli albori della produzione, quattro sono le birre messe a punto dal birraio, cui via via se ne aggiungono altre, negli stili piu’ diversi. Numerosi sono i riconoscimenti ottenuti da Retorto e dalle sue produzioni alchemiche nel corso degli anni, nell’ambito di fiere e concorsi a livello nazionale. |

Il birrificio Revertis produce in modo artigianale birra senza conservanti rifermentata in bottiglia. Per garantire la qualità e la cura della produzione si limita a produrre in modo stabile un numero limitato di birre a cui si aggiungono, stagionalmente, i prodotti a serie limitata.
La nostra filosofia si rispecchia nel nostro nome. Revertis, nominazione dialettale del luppolo, e Valtellina, mostrano il legame con la nostra terra, ripescando dalla tradizione e dal dialetto da una parte, e creando lavoro e produttività mediante una attività produttiva dall'altra.
Attività artigiana però, non industriale. L’artigianato si sposa perfettamente sia con il contesto socio economico valtellinese che con la birra, prodotto dalla lunga storia e dalle mille sfaccettature che possono essere valorizzate solo grazie alla passione ed alla cura artigianale. |

The name comes from the ancient trade route that winds its way through English countryside between small towns. On 26 October 1991, Stanislav Bernard, Josef Vávra and Rudolf Šmejkal bought the bankrupt Humpolec brewery at an auction under the “small privatisation” scheme. The dream of building a brewery that would not only brew honest Czech beer, but also have its own opinion began to come true. During the first ten years that followed the privatisation (the brewery was sold at five times its book value and was obsolete technologically), the brewery was literally fighting for its life. Thanks to the quality of the beer, focus on customer service and gradual development of the brand, we made our dream a reality. BERNARD became a well-known and popular brand nationwide. |
